WHAT'S OUR DELIVERY POLICY?
Orders are typically shipped within 5 working days of your order being placed, excluding postal holidays. Due to popular holiday demand, orders could be delayed by 72 hours. Shipments within the Netherlands should arrive within 3 business days of shipping. Shipments outside of the Netherlands should typically arrive within 7-14 business days but may take longer depending on your local customs processing time. Once your order arrives in your country, it is transferred to your local postal service for final delivery. The tracking information doesn't always update during this phase, but fear not, it is still in transit!

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email notification with your tracking number. At anytime you can view your order and check the shipping status.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP THE TRI-TENNIS® PRODUCTS?
We’re proud to offer international shipping to almost every country around the world.

Please Note - When a package ships internationally, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed (e.g. handling fees) by the destination country. These charges, if any, are typically due once the package arrives in the destination country. Customs fees are not charged by or paid to us, so this is something we can't predict and is outside of our control. Ultimately, your local customs office will have a better idea if you will need to pay any additional fees, and if so, what those might look like.

CAN WE SHIP TO A PO-BOX OR APO/FPO ADDRESS?
No, unfortunately due to the size of the Tri-tennis® walls, we can not delivery to a PO-Box and/or APO/FPO address.

WHAT IF YOU ENTERED A WRONG ADDRESS?
If you need to have your delivery address updated, please submit a support request as soon as possible. We'll do our best to change it for you, but we can't guarantee anything in this case as orders are processed and shipped very quickly after purchase. 

WHAT IF YOU WANT TO CHANGE OR CANCEL YOUR ORDER?
We try to fulfill orders very quickly; that said, please submit a support request and we’ll see what we can do. We think you’ll love our Tri-tennis® walls, but if not, you can always return them within 30 days of delivery.
